This App was created to promote pursuit of happiness. The App is divided into two parts; one that tracks lifetime happiness pursuits and the other that tracks your daily actions in pursuit of happiness.

Begin using the App by choosing the Lifetime Happiness Tracker, clicking on each prompt and answering the questions/filling in the information. At the end of the short series of questions, you will receive a Lifetime Happiness Score. Compare your score to the scale provided below to see where you rank in pursuit of happiness.

Below 60—need to revisit important pursuit factors
60-70—on balance, pursuing more than running from happiness
70-80—on the right path toward pursuit of happiness
80-90—forming a strong foundation for pursuit of happiness
90-100—a great foundation for continued pursuit of happiness

This is your baseline score that will be updated monthly (or when you chose manually) as you continue to use the App every day. If your score is at or near 100 to start, then you are on track for long term success. Using the Daily Happiness Tracker will then reinforce your goals and improve your day to day life. Creating happy habits at your fingertips every day leads to a happier life.

If your score is low, do not despair. hAPPy is here to help. The Daily Happiness Tracker, used for at least 30 days, will increase your happiness each day and will keep you on track for a happier life by creating and reinforcing happy habits.

Happy habits make pursuing happiness simple and lead to an increase in your Lifetime Happiness Score (if needed) as well. EVERY DAY, answer the questions and fill the prompts to provide a Daily Happiness Score. Your score will track instantly to keep you committed to your daily pursuits. Compare your score at day’s end to the scale provided below and stay on track in your pursuit of happiness.

Scoring scale for each day:

—Below 10 needs work and better habit building
—10-15 is a good start in your daily pursuit; may create a good day
—15-19 is moderate daily pursuit score; likely to create a good day
—20+ is a high level daily pursuit score; most certainly a good day

By tracking these daily actions and turning them into habits, you are guaranteed to increase the overall happiness in your life. It is imperative that you use this App every day for a minimum of 30 days. It is also critical to follow the prompts in the most honest, self-reflective manner to establish a baseline score and then to change your life approach to happiness every day.
